This activation will allow you to maintain online communication with our group members in addition to the live group coaching sessions every two weeks.

 Terms and Conditions for Quantum Thinkers' ADHD Community Enrollment 

1. Agreement to Terms 

By enrolling in the Quantum Thinkers' ADHD Community (the "Community"), facilitated by Cathy Rashidian, you ("Participant") agree to these Terms and Conditions, forming a binding agreement between you and Ready Set Choose Coaching Inc.

2. Description of Services 

The Community is designed to support individuals with ADHD in their personal and professional growth through structured group coaching sessions. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Bi-weekly group coaching: 6 sessions in 3 months (75 minutes each)
• 3 office hours: Brief individual coaching sessions with Cathy
• Access to our private online community for ongoing support and connection
• Exclusive resources, including guides, worksheets, and recommended readings/Listening
• Accountability and progress tracking to keep you on track toward your goals
• Optional participation in virtual co-working sessions for increased focus and productivity
• As we grow the community, more features will be added

3. Fees and Payment 

The cost of participation is explicitly stated on the purchase page. All fees are payable in accordance with the payment terms in place at the time of enrollment. Additional taxes may apply based on your location.

4. Participant Expectations 

Participants are expected to:

• Actively engage and contribute positively to the group discussions.
• Attend scheduled sessions on time, prepared for each session.
• Uphold the Community's core values, which include integrity, respect, compassion, and curiosity.
• Respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants.

5. Facilitator Commitments 

Ready Set Choose Coaching Inc commits to:

• Provide a structured and supportive environment tailored to the needs of individuals with ADHD.
• Maintain confidentiality as per the guidelines set out by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
• Facilitate sessions in a manner that promotes the personal and professional growth of each participant.

6. Intellectual Property 

All materials, including documents, tools, and recordings provided during Community sessions, remain the intellectual property of Ready Set Choose Coaching Inc and are provided for personal use only.

7. Confidentiality 

Confidentiality is paramount in our sessions. Participants agree not to record, disclose, or disseminate any information from the sessions without prior written consent.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Participants may cancel their enrollment within a specified timeframe before the first session for a full refund. Details of the cancellation deadline and procedures are provided at the time of purchase. Refunds are not available once the sessions have commenced.

9. Termination 

Either party may terminate participation in the Community with prior notice. Specific terms regarding termination are as stated during the enrollment process.

10. Dispute Resolution 

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through direct communication and, if necessary, mediation.

11. Limitation of Liability 

Ready Set Choose Coaching Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to participation in the Community.

12. Amendments 

These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.

13. Acceptance of Terms 

By completing the enrollment and participating in the Community, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
